Richemont Finance Assistant

- Provide administrative support to the CFO, including managing correspondence and scheduling meetings.
- Manage the Finance Committee calendar, coordinate meetings, and track action items.
- Monitor the CFO's email inbox, summarize key points, and identify required actions.
- Create and maintain a recap of current active projects within the Finance Department.
- Prepare reports on project status for the CFO and other stakeholders.
- Proven experience in an administrative support role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with project tracking and reporting is a plus.
Proven experience in providing administrative support.
