Richemont Fashion and Fragrance Analyst
Richemont is a distinguished leader in the luxury sector, comprising 27 esteemed luxury Maisons and businesses that range from watches and jewelry to fashion and accessories, including online distributors. As part of this prestigious conglomerate, the Group Marketing Department plays a pivotal role in supporting the Maisons, online distributors, and the Group at large in their marketing strategies. The Strategic Planning Department within Group Marketing is dedicated to branding, strategic development, and exploring new business opportunities.
- Lead the market monitoring for fragrance and eyewear categories, producing comprehensive analyses on market performance, key novelties, and trends.
- Collaborate with Maisons and other Group Marketing departments on ad hoc requests.
- Serve as a primary contact for Maisons regarding fragrance and eyewear categories and coordinate with other functions as necessary.
- Support the Senior F&A Project Manager on key projects related to the Maisons, including show reviews and preparation for Maison visits.
- Contribute to the measurement of F&A Maison brand perception by producing annual brand equity analyses in collaboration with the Consumer Insights Department.
- Participate as a strategic partner during the annual Maison's strategic planning process and synthesize strategic insights for senior management.
- Interest in the luxury industry, particularly in fragrance, with a desire to gain expertise in these areas.
- 1 to 3 years of significant and relevant professional experience, preferably in a strategic consultant or analyst role, with experience in the fragrance industry being advantageous.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in French considered a plus.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Open-minded, collaborative, and curious mindset.
- Ability to translate trends and observations into strategic frameworks and actionable insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
1 to 3 years of significant and relevant professional experience, ideally in a strategic consultant or analyst role, with experience in the fragrance industry being a plus.
