Richemont Facilities Supervisor

- Provide facilities support services at 15 Hill Street and other Richemont locations as needed.
- Ensure efficient management of building infrastructure in compliance with HSAW Act and COSHH, in collaboration with the Facilities Manager.
- Proactively alert the Facilities Manager of potential maintenance issues.
- Perform general maintenance tasks as required.
- Ensure HSAW posters are displayed and updated on all floors.
- Operate the building fire alarm panel and conduct weekly fire alarm tests.
- Inform new employees of fire evacuation procedures and maintain personnel listings for evacuation coordination.
- Check and replace light bulbs daily throughout the building.
- Act as the first point of contact on all company call-out lists.
- Assist the Chairman’s office staff and art curator as needed.
- Monitor and replenish photocopier and fax paper levels.
- Sort and deliver daily Royal Mail deliveries and collect courier packages from reception.
- Conduct mail collection and prepare outgoing post for Royal Mail.
- Maintain the franking machine and ensure the tidiness of the Post Room.
- Act as relief Receptionist during lunch and cover for holidays and sickness.
- Monitor stock levels of corporate stationery and advise the Facilities Manager when stocks deplete.
- Serve as designated company key holder.
- Prepare packages for international dispatch and perform heavy lifting as required.
- Maintain good working relationships with the Facilities Team and external contractors.
- Liaise regularly with other staff members in the building.
- Supervise the Reception/Facilities team as needed in conjunction with the Facilities Manager.
- Experience working in an international organization is advantageous.
- Previous reception work experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Well-presented with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
- Professional approach with discretion and confidentiality.
- Diplomatic and calm under pressure.
- Flexible and committed to completing tasks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to act on own initiative.
- Team-oriented yet capable of working independently.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Windows, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience in facilities management or a similar role within an international organization is preferred.
