Richemont Facilities Management Intern

- Provide administrative support by maintaining accurate records of maintenance requests, vendor contracts, and other relevant documentation.
- Streamline and manage internal facilities service requests through ServiceNow, ensuring prompt response and efficient tracking.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed, including ServiceNow dashboards and visitor plans.
- Support reception in managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist in coordinating maintenance and repairs with external vendors.
- Aid in vendor management by assisting with vendor creation, modification, and extension, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Contribute to office space planning and layout, occupancy monitoring, and maintaining an organized workspace.
- Support employee needs by setting up meeting rooms and ensuring common areas are well-maintained.
- Promote and support the implementation of sustainability initiatives within the office.
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Availability for a 6-month internship starting February 2024.
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
No prior professional experience required, but a passion for communication, content creation, and stakeholder management is essential.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program.
Interns will gain valuable experience in an international environment, with the opportunity to learn from experienced team members and gain insight into the workings of a luxury organization. The office is located in the center of Amsterdam, offering a picturesque work setting.
