Richemont External Operations Senior Manager

- Supervise the activities of outsourced logistics partners for Point of Sale Advertising and Fragrances.
- Plan and execute the transfer of activities between different third-party logistics providers.
- Contribute to Richemont Group's subcontracting strategy.
- Manage and adhere to the External Operations budget for Point of Sale Advertising and Fragrances.
- Ensure strategic relationships and efficient communication with various Maisons and external partners.
- Guarantee the performance of logistics related to external operations across all Richemont Maisons.
- Ensure compliance of external operations with regulatory requirements, such as fragrance traceability in Europe.
- Identify and propose areas for evolution and innovation with Maisons and logistics partners.
- Implement and manage forums with Maisons to share best practices.
- Supervise operational processes in stock management, product movements, and problem-solving.
- Monitor and ensure performance indicators for external operational activities.
- Act as a reference/expert for logistics processes.
- Manage the budget for external operations and ensure efficient cost management.
- Handle invoice disputes and validate logistics service invoices.
- Directly manage one team member and oversee strategic partner relationships.
- Ensure mastery of integrating new Maisons and Business Units.
- Promote and oversee LEAN strategy initiatives.
- Advanced degree in logistics or equivalent.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in managing external operations.
- Managerial experience.
- Fluency in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Strong client orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to unite teams and foster teamwork.
A minimum of 7 years in external operations management, with proven managerial experience.
Advanced degree in logistics or equivalent.
