Richemont Executive Assistant

- Facilitate strategic meetings, workshops, and conference calls for executives in the APAC Regional and Korea offices.
- Conduct regular meetings for executives and internal stakeholders, including local Maison managing directors.
- Organize and participate in annual budget meetings with APAC Regional management.
- Prepare and compile monthly and quarterly reports and meeting presentations.
- Develop and support the CEO's presentation materials.
- Summarize meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO.
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, including organizing schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Support business trip scheduling and itinerary organization.
- Coordinate local and overseas meetings and assist in preparing notes and materials for meetings.
- Oversee budget control and process expense claims for the CEO's office.
- Manage and coordinate schedules and agendas for visitors, ensuring a professional experience.
- Lead and support corporate projects and events such as workshops, seminars, townhall meetings, and year-end parties.
- Ensure professional treatment for stakeholders, landlords, and external parties in accordance with company policy.
- Liaise with colleagues from Group and APAC Regional offices.
- Maintain corporate seals and manage contracts and documents.
- Bachelor’s degree
- More than 5 years of experience in an executive assistant position, preferably in a CEO office
- Experience working for an international company within the retail sector preferred
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills with professional ethics
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior management
- Excellent multi-tasking skills with learning agility
More than 5 years of experience in an executive assistant position, preferably within a CEO office.
Bachelor’s degree
