- Establish and monitor the project portfolio for regional functions, ensuring adherence to success criteria such as timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate boutique network expansion projects, acting as a liaison between regional functions and Maison project management.
- Ensure disciplined application of boutique opening processes and identify opportunities for tool improvement.
- Deliver project milestones with quality and escalate issues to the regional functions ExCo for resolution.
- Conduct market research and consolidate industry insights to support local and Maison management.
- Lead projects focused on organizational improvement and compliance.
- Support the MD/CFO with business topics, including preparing monthly updates and contributing to senior management presentations.
- Assist in event planning and execution, providing project support as needed.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Management
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong team player with effective stakeholder management abilities
- Fluency in German and English
- Proactive and client-oriented approach
- Ability to navigate ambiguous settings
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field is required, with a focus on project management and executive support.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Management
