- Review engraving and embossing orders and apply appropriate methods to personalize luxury products according to client and Maison specifications.
- Assess product design and reference Maison engraving and embossing specifications.
- Organize workflow to meet outbound and processing speed metrics.
- Maintain and operate all machinery effectively and safely, adjusting machine settings for accuracy.
- Measure and compute dimensions of lettering/design for proper placement and alignment.
- Register incoming and completed work via SAP system.
- Communicate with Maisons on engraving and embossing inquiries.
- Assess custom designs and logos for engraving feasibility and quality.
- Create mock-ups for design approval.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to 5S expectations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Perform standing or walking work throughout an 8-12 hour shift.
- Move merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds regularly and heavier items occasionally with assistance.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fluent in English: reading, speaking, writing
- Minimum 2 years experience with engraving or embossing machinery
- Intermediate level of desktop computer skills
- Experience with Warehouse Management systems; SAP experience a strong plus
- Autonomous, organized, and rigorous in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility in work schedule
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Effective communication with local teams and external support teams and Maisons
- Dexterity and attention to detail
- Technical expertise with engraving and embossing machinery
- Basic math computations: adding, subtracting, multiplying, division, measurements
- Ability to perform tasks consistently and accurately
Minimum 2 years experience with engraving or embossing machinery.
High School Diploma or GED
Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
