1. Review engraving and embossing orders and apply appropriate methods to personalize luxury products according to client and Maison specifications.
2. Assess product design and reference Maison engraving and embossing specifications.
3. Organize workflow to meet outbound and processing speed metrics.
4. Maintain and operate all machinery effectively and safely, adjusting machine settings for accuracy.
5. Measure and compute dimensions of lettering/design for proper placement and alignment.
6. Register incoming and completed work via SAP system.
7. Communicate with Maisons on engraving and embossing inquiries.
8. Assess custom designs and logos for engraving feasibility and quality.
9. Create mock-ups for design approval.
10. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to 5S expectations.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
12. Perform standing or walking work throughout an 8-12 hour shift.
13. Move merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds regularly and heavier items occasionally with assistance.

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Fluent in English: reading, speaking, writing
3. Minimum 2 years experience with engraving or embossing machinery
4. Intermediate level of desktop computer skills
5. Experience with Warehouse Management systems; SAP experience a strong plus
6. Autonomous, organized, and rigorous in a fast-paced environment
7. Attention to detail
8. Flexibility in work schedule
9. Ability to work well in a team environment
10. Effective communication with local teams and external support teams and Maisons

1. Dexterity and attention to detail
2. Technical expertise with engraving and embossing machinery
3. Basic math computations: adding, subtracting, multiplying, division, measurements
4. Ability to perform tasks consistently and accurately

Minimum 2 years experience with engraving or embossing machinery.

High School Diploma or GED

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
