- Review and execute engraving and embossing orders to personalize luxury products in accordance with client and Maison specifications.
- Evaluate product design and consult Maison engraving and embossing guidelines for font selection and placement.
- Organize workflow to achieve outbound and processing speed objectives.
- Operate and maintain engraving and embossing machinery, adjusting settings for precision and consistency.
- Measure and compute dimensions for accurate placement and alignment of designs.
- Register incoming and completed work using the SAP system.
- Communicate effectively with Maisons regarding engraving and embossing inquiries.
- Assess custom designs for feasibility and quality, creating mock-ups for approval.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to 5S standards.
- Follow company policies, department training guidelines, and best practices.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and moving merchandise up to 30 pounds regularly.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fluency in English: reading, speaking, writing
- Minimum of 2 years experience with engraving or embossing machinery
- Intermediate desktop computer skills
- Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, measurements
- Experience with Warehouse Management systems; SAP experience preferred
- Autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility in work schedule, including attendance for scheduled shifts and overtime during peak periods
- Technical expertise with engraving and embossing machinery

A minimum of 2 years of experience operating engraving or embossing machinery is required.
High School Diploma or GED
Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
