1. Review and execute engraving and embossing orders to personalize luxury products in accordance with client and Maison specifications.
2. Evaluate product design and consult Maison engraving and embossing guidelines for font selection and placement.
3. Organize workflow to achieve outbound and processing speed objectives.
4. Operate and maintain engraving and embossing machinery, adjusting settings for precision and consistency.
5. Measure and compute dimensions for accurate placement and alignment of designs.
6. Register incoming and completed work using the SAP system.
7. Communicate effectively with Maisons regarding engraving and embossing inquiries.
8. Assess custom designs for feasibility and quality, creating mock-ups for approval.
9. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to 5S standards.
10. Follow company policies, department training guidelines, and best practices.
11. Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and moving merchandise up to 30 pounds regularly.

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Fluency in English: reading, speaking, writing
3. Minimum of 2 years experience with engraving or embossing machinery
4. Intermediate desktop computer skills
5. Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, measurements
6. Experience with Warehouse Management systems; SAP experience preferred
7. Autonomous, organized, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
8. Flexibility in work schedule, including attendance for scheduled shifts and overtime during peak periods

A minimum of 2 years of experience operating engraving or embossing machinery is required.

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
