1. Enhance digital and omnichannel assets throughout the customer journey, from acquisition to post-purchase and onsite navigation.
2. Leverage internal and external data to provide strategic recommendations.
3. Provide insights and benchmarks on industry trends to support decision-making.
4. Conduct user tests on digital journeys to identify improvement opportunities based on data outcomes.
5. Map customer journeys and friction areas to define next best actions.
6. Deliver a comprehensive view on key improvements to drive business growth.

1. Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program.
2. Authorized to work in the United States; international students must have a current work visa.
3. Must be age 18 or older.
4. Availability for the entire internship duration (June 2nd - August 8th).

1. Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to summarize analytics trends.
2. Understanding of e-commerce basics and customer journeys.
3. Proficient computer skills and tech-savvy.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong understanding of e-commerce and digital trends is beneficial.

$20-25 per hour
