1. Oversee daily warehouse operations ensuring compliance with Richemont's policies and KPIs.
2. Maintain stock integrity and manage inventory efficiently.
3. Lead and inspire a high-performing team, conducting performance reviews and providing training.
4. Develop strategic staffing plans to meet business needs and manage peak seasons.
5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
6. Support sustainability, health & safety, and business development initiatives.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and drive employee engagement.

1. Higher vocational educational background or equivalent experience.
2. Proficiency in English; additional European languages are advantageous.

Experience in managing e-commerce logistics and warehouse operations, preferably within the luxury sector.

Higher vocational educational background or equivalent experience.
