1. Oversee e-commerce logistics operations, including managing third-party logistics providers and transporters, resolving issues, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining controlled communication with the Customer Relations Center.
2. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify discrepancies, and prepare monthly performance reports, ensuring partner performance is controlled.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for governance and communication, managing requests, communicating KPIs, and providing process expertise.
4. Contribute to continuous improvement by formalizing procedures and participating in e-commerce projects.

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, preferably in a B2C e-commerce environment.
2. Higher education degree, preferably in engineering.

1. Proficiency in operations management and data analysis.
2. Proficient in office tools and knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English and French; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
4. Strong analytical skills, customer service orientation, organizational skills, proactivity, interpersonal skills, and teamwork spirit.

3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, ideally within a B2C e-commerce setting.

Higher education degree, preferably in engineering.
