- Deliver exceptional omnichannel service, focusing on e-boutique, to meet client satisfaction, sales, and after-sales inquiries.
- Drive sales growth through corporate gifting initiatives and client outreach, fostering ongoing client relationships.
- Achieve individual sales goals by identifying opportunities to build revenue and increase average invoice.
- Ensure operational excellence by handling inbound calls, emails, and chat in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Client Relations management team to enhance client data capture and optimize contact channels.
- Partner with the After Sales team to deliver on product and repair service needs, serving as a point of contact for escalations.
- College or Technical Degree preferred but not required.
- Experience in eCommerce, especially in the luxury retail sector, preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of SAP, Salesforce, and CRM tools.
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for the luxury brand market segment.
- High level of maturity, poise, and sound business judgment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and absorb extensive brand and product knowledge.
- Technical agility to learn and use multiple applications and systems.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
Experience in eCommerce, particularly within the luxury retail sector, is preferred.
College or Technical Degree preferred but not required.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
