- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and web-based channels, focusing on high-quality client interactions.
- Educate clients and consistently exceed their expectations, nurturing strong client relationships.
- Identify potential sales opportunities to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
- Become an expert on luxury products, tools, and procedures to deliver outstanding client experiences.
- Strong experience in offering outstanding customer support and exceeding client needs.
- Native-level proficiency in German and English, both written and oral. Proficiency in a second language such as Spanish, Italian, or French is highly appreciated.
- Exceptional communication skills in German and English.
- Positive, empathetic, and optimistic approach to client interactions.
- Natural talent for storytelling and upholding the quality identity of the Maison.
Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer support and exceeding client expectations in a luxury or high-end retail environment.
