- Contribute to the development of the Americas logistics strategy in alignment with regional and global objectives.
- Serve as a key resource for expertise in transportation and international trade.
- Ensure performance meets agreed KPIs and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
- Provide subject matter expertise on trade programs and maintain compliance with regulatory changes.
- Develop strategic vision and roadmaps in coordination with partners and stakeholders.
- Oversee transportation, international trade, and duty optimization teams, ensuring organizational needs are met.
- Manage vendor relationships and conduct performance reviews to enhance capabilities.
- Utilize data analysis to track KPIs and provide insights to senior leadership.
- Monitor and implement new technologies to improve business capabilities.
- Minimum 8 years of management experience in logistics operations with team supervision.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. domestic transportation, import/export activities, and foreign trade zones.
- Proficiency in duty drawback and optimization strategies, and familiarity with CTPAT and U.S. trade programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation and data translation abilities.
- Customer service orientation and strong planning and execution skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset and alignment with Richemont values.
- English proficiency required; Spanish and/or French is advantageous.
- Licensed Customs Broker preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced, complex matrixed organization and luxury goods environment is a plus.

A minimum of 8 years in logistics management, with a focus on transportation and international trade, including team leadership and strategic development.

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
