Richemont Digital Technology Project Manager
Richemont is a preeminent global leader in the luxury goods sector, particularly renowned for its expertise in watchmaking and jewelry. As part of its diverse portfolio of Maisons and Manufactures, Richemont employs approximately 8,000 individuals, predominantly based in Switzerland. The Group is committed to continuous enhancement of product performance and cutting-edge technological infrastructure, and is seeking to bolster its Research and Innovation team within the industrial division.
- Lead and manage innovative digital technology projects within the Group's Research & Innovation division.
- Define and structure projects, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, and risk analysis, following agile project management methodologies.
- Coordinate actions between Research & Innovation, external partners, and Maisons.
- Draft project documentation and formalize results at each key phase.
- Design, develop, and validate proofs of concept and prototypes with a systems vision.
- Define and execute test plans to validate proposed solutions.
- Provide expert technical guidance on key technologies used in luxury digital applications.
- Actively participate in the design and development of technical solutions, contributing software development capabilities.
- Conduct constant technological surveillance to identify key trends and opportunities.
- Evaluate the potential of new technologies for the Maisons.
- Facilitate technical working groups, enhancing communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, including top management.
- Prepare clear and concise technical reports to communicate project progress and results.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent.
- Significant experience in developing digital solutions, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in software programming (web or mobile applications, HTML, JavaScript, Python, API, WebXR or equivalents).
- Knowledge of version control, code review, and testing tools.
- Understanding of software architectures and databases.
- Familiarity with Data Science, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning principles.
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
- Strong interest and experience in leading technological innovation projects.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Significant experience in developing digital solutions, ideally within the luxury sector.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent.
The position offers a 12-month contract with the possibility of renewal, based in Neuchâtel with regular travel within the Jura Arc (30%).
