1. Contribute to the delivery of digital tools projects.
2. Assist with task assignment and delivery coordination.
3. Maintain and communicate product roadmaps with the operations team.
4. Create and update process documentation.
5. Maintain the Systems Support Knowledgebase.
6. Categorize, prioritize, and coordinate the 'Opportunity matrix' for aftersales process flows.
7. Assist in systems troubleshooting and incident management.
8. Create a backlog of feature enhancements for digital project delivery.
9. Learn about Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and other digital product best practices.

1. Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program, preferably in an engineering curriculum.
2. Authorized to work in the United States; international students must have a current work visa.
3. Must be aged 18 or older.

1. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Team player with a proactive attitude.
5. Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives.

No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in digital operations and luxury goods is advantageous.

Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program, preferably in an engineering curriculum.

This is a paid internship with a compensation of $20.00 per hour.

Interns will be partnered with a mentor who will provide guidance and support throughout the program. The internship offers a competitive working environment and the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge of the luxury goods industry.
