1. Manage and create content for the internal Community of Practice on the internal social network to enhance knowledge sharing and collaboration.
2. Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring regular and engaging postings.
3. Monitor community engagement and respond to questions and comments.
4. Manage communications within designated channels for the Developer community, ensuring clear and concise information dissemination.
5. Contribute to documentation and knowledge management efforts, including migrating existing documentation from SharePoint to Confluence.
6. Maintain and update documentation as needed.
7. Compare and evaluate technical tools to support the Developer community.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Communications with a demonstrated interest in technology.

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong willingness to learn.
5. Proficiency in Office tools, particularly Word and PowerPoint.

Experience in digital communications or IT support is preferred, particularly in a global environment with distributed teams.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Communications.
