Richemont DevSecOps Engineer

- Enhance and manage a comprehensive stack of solutions for Cloud Security & DevSecOps management, including Secret Detection, SAST, SCA, and container security.
- Develop and implement security controls aligned with organizational security policies throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
- Automate the implementation and testing of security controls, monitoring their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.
- Investigate and resolve security incidents related to security controls.
- Provide guidance to engineering and project teams on implementing security controls, guidelines, and best practices.
- Facilitate cooperation between product teams, cybersecurity teams, and compliance functions to quantify risk and define control objectives for securing cloud workloads.
- Contribute to cloud and DevOps security governance, including participation in committees and building dashboards with KPIs.
- Previous experience in an SSDLC context with a proven track record in developing and implementing security solutions.
- Familiarity with security controls and frameworks, including CIS Controls and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Knowledge of SDLC and integration of security controls into SDLC phases.
- Understanding of security risk assessment frameworks like OWASP top 10.
- Experience with automation tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, AWX) and scripting languages (primarily Python).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Alibaba, GCP) and Kubernetes security.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with security trends and technologies.
Proven experience in developing and implementing effective security solutions within an SSDLC context, managing security challenges, and integrating security controls into the SDLC.
