Richemont Demand Planner

- Develop and forecast SKU demand for all channels, ensuring alignment with the open-to-buy plan at both product category and SKU levels.
- Reconcile bottom-up demand projections with top-down open-to-buy category forecasts.
- Create long-range forecasts at the SKU level to inform capacity planning and safety stock levels.
- Collaborate with the supply planning team to ensure timely and accurate inbound receipts.
- Work with the VP of Planning and Analytics and the technology team to automate replenishment algorithms and build supporting tools.
- Manage safety stock targets by SKU and communicate necessary adjustments to the production team.
- Analyze months of supply targets at the SKU level and report findings to demand and supply planning teams.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing to maintain proper inventory levels and address overweight items.
- Optimize pricing models to maximize sales and product margins.
- Collaborate with the US team on forecast and purchasing processes.
- Work with operations on space management, embroidery projections, and build-out forecasts.
- Partner with distributor partners to ensure timely ordering and global MOQ optimization.
- Continuously maintain size scales across product lines.
- Build and maintain partnerships across ecommerce, sales, distribution, logistics, merchandising, design, finance, operations, customer service, and digital marketing teams.
- Perform ad hoc analysis as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience in retail buying or demand planning is essential.
- Apparel knowledge and luxury brand experience are strongly preferred.
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and high proficiency in other Microsoft Office tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with data cubes and creating dashboard reporting.
- Analytical skills with the ability to balance financial targets with qualitative business goals.
- Ability to maintain and build effective relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Strong passion for technology and problem-solving.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and technical skills.
- Understanding of statistics and data modeling.
- Knowledge of forecasting software related to demand planning is a plus.
Experience in retail buying or demand planning is essential, with a preference for those with apparel knowledge and luxury brand experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
