1. Establish and lead a new support pillar within the Group Technology Data & Analytics team.
2. Build, mentor, and manage a team of Data & Analytics Support Engineers.
3. Lead the transition of support operations to a new offshore team.
4. Oversee the ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of support requests.
5. Monitor and enforce adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
6. Serve as the primary L3 point of contact for data and analytics support issues.
7. Coordinate with regional and local support teams for consistent global support services.
8. Identify opportunities to improve support processes and enhance efficiency.
9. Manage relationships with external vendors providing support services.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in leading and managing IT support teams.
3. Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and best practices.
