- Plan, execute, and analyze phishing simulations to assess user vulnerability and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop engaging and informative learning materials, including presentations, videos, infographics, and interactive modules, to educate users on cybersecurity best practices.
- Organize and deliver on-site and online cyber awareness sessions tailored to specific needs and roles within the organization.
- Support the development and execution of the annual cyber awareness campaign, contributing creative ideas and ensuring consistent messaging.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive cybersecurity training and awareness program for various populations, including offices, manufacture, boutiques, and customer centers.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize critical cybersecurity risks and develop targeted training and awareness initiatives.
- Identify and implement KPIs to assess the effectiveness of the cybersecurity training and awareness program.
- Continuously improve the training and awareness program based on defined metrics.
- Collaborate with the Security Culture team to ensure alignment with the overall Security Culture strategy and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, IT Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity awareness, training, or communications.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: French, German, Italian. Knowledge of Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels.
- Autonomous, proactive, and creative with a strong aptitude for self-learning.
- Strong project management abilities with the capability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in developing and delivering engaging training materials.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years in cybersecurity awareness, training, or communications, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
