1. Develop and lead a detailed cutover plan specific to the ERP migration to SAP, including pre-cutover, cutover, and post-cutover phases.
2. Identify and assess specific risks related to ERP migration to SAP, such as data complexity and system interfaces, and develop mitigation strategies.
3. Organize and facilitate workshops with internal and external teams.
4. Document the cutover plan, procedures, checklists, and open issues in detail.
5. Establish a clear and effective communication plan to inform stakeholders about progress, identified risks, and corrective actions.
6. Manage emergency communications and escalations during the cutover period.
7. Oversee the execution of the cutover plan, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and with the required quality across all test phases.
8. Coordinate data migration activities and data validation.
9. Implement a real-time monitoring system to track progress and quickly identify potential issues.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in cutover management, ideally within the industry or luxury sector.

1. In-depth knowledge of industrial processes (production, logistics, quality).
2. Proficiency in ERP tools (SAP) and project management tools.
3. Knowledge of databases and data migration tools.
4. Leadership skills to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and manage emergency situations.
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proven experience in cutover management, ideally within the industry or luxury sector.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
