1. Manage high-level customer service operations for repair requests from end-users, boutiques, and wholesale dealers.
2. Collaborate with related departments and IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
3. Input data into SAP and perform associated tasks, including entering repair requests into the system.
4. Prepare repair estimates and generate invoices post-repair completion.

1. Bachelor's degree from a four-year university.
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
3. Native-level proficiency in Japanese.
4. Business-level English writing skills preferred.

1. Proficient and accurate data entry skills, SAP experience preferred.
2. Intermediate MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Strong communication skills within and outside the team.
4. Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
5. Experience in the luxury brand sector is advantageous.
6. High motivation for improvement and problem-solving.

A minimum of three years of professional experience is required, with a preference for those who have worked in the luxury brand sector.

Bachelor's degree from a four-year university.
