- Manage registration of incoming repairs from wholesale and private customers.
- Record the condition of watch products using the designated recording tool.
- Verify service orders for platform repairs following product diagnosis.
- Perform cost estimation and prepare intervention explanation letters for customers.
- Monitor repairs both physically and within the system, tracking any anomalies.
- Conduct regular repair inventory and address any discrepancies.
- University degree or higher.
- Proficiency in business English, both verbal and written.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in administration preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage highly organized or detail-oriented tasks.
- Self-driven and proactive mindset.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with SCM and warehouse teams.
At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within a similar industry.
University degree or higher.
