Richemont Customer Service Logistics Administrator

- Process spare parts and stock reception, packing, and unpacking for local and international shipments, intercompany transfers, and stock postings to meet departmental goals.
- Receive and open parcels from carriers in compliance with strict security guidelines.
- Pack parcels with products and corresponding packaging according to security protocols.
- Prepare hazmat shipments in accordance with FAA guidelines and company policies.
- Ensure accurate completion of shipping labels and documentation as per company procedures.
- Fill out Bills of Lading and Airway bills for local, international, and high-value shipments.
- Manage the Receiving/Unpacking/Shipping Mailbox and respond to internal client inquiries promptly.
- Order packaging and supplies to support departmental processes.
- Deliver incoming items and supplies to internal staging areas based on recipient and department.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a production-based environment preferred.
- Previous experience with SAP is advantageous.
- Ability to be proactive, follow directions, make decisions, solve problems, and adapt to change.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using box cutters, tape machines, tape guns, and air film machines.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
A minimum of 2 years in a production-based environment is preferred, with experience in logistics or customer service roles being advantageous.
High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
Salary is negotiable based on relevant skills and experience.
