- Support the Group Customer Services team in projects aimed at enhancing the Richemont client experience.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of repair platforms, focusing on lean principles and optimized processes.
- Participate in the digitalization of activities to enhance efficiency and client experience.
- Support the enhancement of both internal and external repair networks.
- Leverage new technologies to drive operational efficiency.
- Actively manage stakeholder relationships across Richemont Maisons and RCS Regions, ensuring alignment with the global client service strategy.
- Adopt a customer-centric mindset to transform customer service into a competitive advantage.
- Provide data analysis and insights to support project decision-making and implementation.
- Develop a strong understanding of the luxury industry and customer service landscape, focusing on Richemont's multi-branded environment.
- Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive and dynamic with a penchant for business and technical challenges.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural and matrix environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience in a related field.
Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
