1. Support the Group Customer Services team in projects aimed at enhancing the Richemont client experience.
2. Contribute to the continuous improvement of repair platforms, focusing on lean principles and optimized processes.
3. Participate in the digitalization of activities to enhance efficiency and client experience.
4. Support the enhancement of both internal and external repair networks.
5. Leverage new technologies to drive operational efficiency.
6. Actively manage stakeholder relationships across Richemont Maisons and RCS Regions, ensuring alignment with the global client service strategy.
7. Adopt a customer-centric mindset to transform customer service into a competitive advantage.
8. Provide data analysis and insights to support project decision-making and implementation.
9. Develop a strong understanding of the luxury industry and customer service landscape, focusing on Richemont's multi-branded environment.

1. Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
2. 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience.

1. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
3. Proactive and dynamic with a penchant for business and technical challenges.
4. Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural and matrix environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
6. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
