1. Build and nurture client relationships, particularly with VIP clientele, in the French market.
2. Provide outstanding customer service via phone and web-based channels, maintaining the quality standards of the brands.
3. Represent the voice of Chloé and dunhill, ensuring brand guidelines are upheld.
4. Deliver expert knowledge on products and brands, supporting clients in selecting the right products for important occasions.
5. Operate within company guidelines to further market knowledge and develop within the department.

1. Near-native proficiency in French, with additional languages considered an asset.

4. Proficiency in using various customer service tools and systems.

Previous experience in a customer service role within the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
