1. Ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of client repairs as per brand standards.
2. Complete daily registration, estimates, and invoicing tasks.
3. Handle post opening, registration of received products, and creation of cost estimates.
4. Perform billing activities following quality control completion.
5. Monitor and process general queries in shared email inbox.
6. Manage eyewear repairs and ensure adherence to security procedures.
7. Record tracking details accurately and report discrepancies.
8. Identify client accounts and product conditions, and transfer to diagnosis team.
9. Create repair cost estimates and understand product catalogues and brand policies.
10. Perform final control and invoicing, ensuring accuracy and conformity.
11. Maintain a tidy and secure work environment.
12. Propose improvements to aftersales service procedures and participate in team meetings.
