- Act as the primary liaison for customer care inquiries from diverse sources including boutiques, e-commerce, and external partners.
- Oversee external customer care representatives, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines for service quality and tone of voice.
- Monitor customer interactions to uphold consistent service quality and Richemont standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Supply Chain, E-commerce, and Wholesale to enhance customer service.
- Coordinate after-sales service and repair support for clients.
- Work with the Marketing Director and external partners to develop and implement social media strategies.
- Engage with the PR team and external agencies to cultivate relationships with social media influencers and content creators.
- Organize regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress.
- Utilize analytical tools to monitor and evaluate social media performance.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Italian, with native fluency in English considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and luxury industry trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools and customer care platforms.
No prior professional experience is required, though familiarity with social media analytics tools and customer care platforms is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
