Richemont CTO Portfolio Management Intern

- Support the CTO Office in the governance and oversight of the IT project and programme portfolio, including intake, prioritisation and lifecycle tracking.
- Prepare and maintain consolidated portfolio reporting, dashboards and KPI trackers for senior stakeholders and executive reviews.
- Assist with financial monitoring of projects: tracking budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses in collaboration with PMs and finance.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, capture actions and follow up to ensure alignment across IT, business units and external suppliers.
- Contribute to risk and issue registers, escalating material concerns and proposing mitigation options.
- Perform data analysis to identify portfolio trends, capacity constraints and optimisation opportunities.
- Document processes, templates and working papers to strengthen PMO artefacts and reproducibility.
- Support ad hoc strategic initiatives related to IT roadmapping, demand management and delivery improvement.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical aptitude with demonstrable experience using spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with project management concepts (PMO, programme/portfolio governance, Agile and/or Waterfall lifecycle).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Enrolment in or recent completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
