- Provide legal advice and assistance to Richemont teams and Fashion & Accessories Maisons on all commercial activities.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests, identify, analyze, and evaluate risks to provide appropriate legal solutions.
- Draft, negotiate, review, validate, and comment on various contractual documents in French and English, including distribution agreements, annual agreements, service contracts, sponsorships, events, and general terms and conditions.
- Participate in the management of pre-litigation and litigation cases in France, with external counsel support as needed.
- Contribute to the optimization and proper application of internal procedures within the French subsidiaries of the Group.
- Collaborate closely with local and central support functions of the Group, including IT, Logistics, and RCS.
- Advanced legal education (Master's degree in Law and/or CAPA).
- Minimum of 5 to 6 years of successful experience in a legal department, ideally within an international group.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Autonomy, agility, and rigor.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and writing skills.
- Customer service orientation, practical mindset, and teamwork ability.
