Richemont Corporate Legal Counsel

- Advise on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, governance, and transactional activities.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as agreements, resolutions, and minutes.
- Collaborate with Group functions including Treasury, Tax, Finance, and HR, as well as external advisers to structure advantageous transactions.
- Manage company secretarial activities and statutory registers for Luxembourg and other jurisdictions.
- Coordinate board, audit, and shareholder meetings, including approvals and filings.
- Oversee legal aspects of capital contributions, liquidations, mergers, and management changes.
- Ensure the use of legal technology and contribute to knowledge management tools.
- Update corporate database and structure charts.
- Coordinate with external law firms and monitor service providers.
- Provide legal advice and support for cross-border projects and corporate governance initiatives.
- Act as a Q&A resource for Luxembourg and other jurisdictions' legal matters.
- Legal advisory expertise in Luxembourg and multinational/cross-border corporate governance.
- Company secretarial expertise.
- Strong drafting, governance, and finance-related agreement skills.
- Initiative, proactivity, and responsiveness.
- Excellent stakeholder management and attention to detail.
- Analytical skills and adaptability.
- Collaborative mindset.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management tools, and legal tech solutions.
- Self-starter with flexibility and maturity.
Extensive experience in legal advisory roles, particularly within multinational and cross-border corporate governance contexts.
A degree in Law or a related field is required.
