As part of its expansive portfolio, Richemont Global Treasury & Risk department plays a pivotal role in providing best practices and expertise in treasury, risk, and financial processing services. The department ensures adherence to Group finance governance while collaborating closely with top management and shareholders to define and implement financial strategies.

1. Oversee the Group's guarantee lines, refining policies and strategic approaches.
2. Ensure continuous compliance with bank requirements such as Sanctions, KYC, and AML, while improving the KYC policy for enhanced efficiency.
3. Prepare closing disclosures in collaboration with the Group Accounting & Reporting team for accurate financial reporting.
4. Support M&A activities, integrating or deconsolidating entities into/from the Treasury framework.
5. Participate in the annual Share Buy Back program, including broker selection, mandate preparation, settlement operations, and reporting activities.
6. Update or create policies formalizing the Corporate Finance scope.
7. Collaborate with Treasury Operations to optimize intercompany financing and support the annual shareholder dividend process.
8. Drive automation using the Treasury Management System and bank connectivity to enhance efficiency.
9. Monitor the Debt Capital Market, providing updates and coordinating coupon payments for optimal debt management.

1. University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in Finance within a multinational corporate or banking environment.

1. Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
2. Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines.
4. Self-starter, motivated, and fast learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
5. Advanced proficiency in Excel and market platforms such as Bloomberg and/or Refinitiv Workspace.
6. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in French is considered a valuable asset.

A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in Finance within a multinational corporate or banking environment is required.

University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
