1. Analyze internal production processes to identify opportunities for improvement in quality, efficiency, and cost.
2. Lead and support continuous improvement projects such as Kaizen, 5S, SMED, and Value Stream Mapping.
3. Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to implement sustainable solutions.
4. Monitor and analyze production KPIs, proposing corrective and improvement actions.
5. Develop and maintain process documentation including SOPs and work instructions.
6. Train and engage personnel on Lean principles and continuous improvement culture.
7. Utilize data analysis tools to support decision-making.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field).
2. At least 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
3. Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
4. Six Sigma certification is a plus.
5. Fluent in English.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Google Looker or Power BI is an advantage.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field).
