Richemont Compensation and Benefits Specialist

- Administer employee benefits programs across the MEIA region, including health insurance, retirement plans, and life insurance.
- Support the annual salary review process, including data analysis and merit increase calculations.
- Generate and analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations within the MEIA region.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits programs.
- Identify opportunities to streamline compensation and benefits processes, leveraging technology and best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Participate in HR projects related to compensation and benefits, including program design and implementation.
- Assist in workforce planning by providing compensation and benefits data for headcount planning and budgeting.
- Conduct cost analysis of compensation and benefits programs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Support various HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR with a focus on compensation and benefits.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, particularly within the MEIA region.
- Proficiency in SAP HR modules related to compensation and benefits administration.

A minimum of 2-3 years in human resources with a specialization in compensation and benefits is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
