- Develop and implement annual commercial strategies and budget plans aligned with global strategic objectives.
- Ensure strategic implementation with regular progress reports to headquarters.
- Lead strategic and performance reviews with individual Maisons to enhance collaboration.
- Collaborate with the CEO on long-term strategic planning and management of the China retail network.
- Coordinate with the Marketing & Communications Director to maximize impact and returns.
- Strengthen relationships with key retail partners at all levels.
- Develop and manage the 'intensive care' program for underperforming stores.
- Create and manage retail orientation workshops for brand introduction and value proposition.
- Collaborate on the 'centre of excellence' program for talent development.
- Ensure key store personnel are vetted and trained to TimeVallée standards.
- Conduct regular boutique inspections to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- In-depth knowledge of the hard luxury industry, local market, and client behavior.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in brand channel management in China.
- Proficiency in cross-cultural communication and leadership engagement.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
- Problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
