2. Design comprehensive end-to-end customer experiences.
3. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among luxury Maisons.
4. Understand Maison and market challenges to define clear client strategies.
5. Translate insights into actionable roadmaps with measurable performance indicators.
6. Conduct ideation sessions, workshops, and design sprints.
7. Produce inspiring deliverables such as personas, customer journeys, and prototypes.
8. Monitor the impact of initiatives and adjust strategies based on results.
9. Share best practices within the Richemont Client Community.

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in strategy consulting or design/innovation agency.
2. Strong expertise in marketing and customer experience design.
3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
4. Ability to interact with high-level stakeholders and operational teams.
5. Curious, pragmatic, proficient with digital tools, and fluent in French and English.
