1. Execute system tests for new implementations, regressions, and enhancements.
2. Provide reference and support for local end-users, including incident management to resolve bugs.
3. Coordinate and communicate with European key users.
4. Train new Client Services colleagues and on new platform releases.
5. Map current and future business processes.
6. Offer operational support as needed, either actively or in coordination with the CS Admin Manager.
7. Support the identification and development of projects in administrative and digital areas.

1. Fluency in Italian and English.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
3. In-depth knowledge of SAP Gemini and at least one CRM system, such as Salesforce.
