- Define processes to facilitate connections between visitors and artisans in collaboration with the Michelangelo Foundation team.
- Develop necessary tools to support engagement processes.
- Propose new contacts to enrich the database according to targeted audiences.
- Maintain an on-site presence during events to engage professionally with attendees and share the story behind artworks.
- Support event operations, including logistics, booth setup, decoration, and maintaining exhibition appeal.
- Ensure detailed and clear reporting post-events, both quantitative and qualitative.
- Assist the Michelangelo Foundation in managing prospect enquiries.
- Strong interest in culture, crafts, art, and design.
- Previous experience in event coordination, with retail experience as a plus.
- Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Strong team player with a professional demeanor and work ethic.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
- Fluency in English; French and other languages are highly valued.
Previous experience in coordinating events, preferably within the retail or luxury sectors.
