Richemont Client Analytics and Market Intelligence Manager

The Group Marketing team, particularly in the APAC region, is integral to sustaining and enhancing the brand equity of its Maisons, working collaboratively across various global hubs including Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, Paris, Geneva, and London.
- Provide best-in-class, unbiased, and actionable marketing and business insights for the APAC region.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at Maisons, RGM APAC, HQ teams, and other corporate functions to understand business needs and deliver actionable analysis and recommendations.
- Explore the evolving business landscape and develop skills to address changing needs.
- Utilize internal client data to improve client understanding, decision-making, and engagement through client strategy and measurement.
- Act as the client data domain lead, leveraging analytics, performance metrics, and frameworks to provide insights into client segmentation and behavior.
- Monitor competitors' business and marketing activities to provide relevant analysis.
- Conduct primary and secondary market research to enrich insights on macro trends, societal shifts, and luxury consumer behaviors.
- Deliver high-quality insights and presentations according to the aligned roadmap, maintaining Richemont standards.
- Serve as the key contact for strategic discussions and insight sharing with stakeholders at Group Marketing HQ and Maisons in the region.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, adapting content and angle accordingly.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in analysis, insight generation methodologies, and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage external agencies and one internal junior, ensuring quality, timely, and budget-conscious project delivery.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, quantitative analysis, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience, with a robust background from both international agency and in-house setups preferred.
- Demonstrated interest and understanding of the luxury industry.
- Experience with data analytics tools and dashboards such as SAP, Power BI, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.
- Coding skills such as SQL or Python are advantageous but not required.
- Proven track record in delivering extensive client analysis with actionable insights.
- Experience in integrating quantitative and qualitative market and consumer research.
- Good command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Chinese or other Asian languages is advantageous.
- International or APAC regional exposure preferred.
- Analytical and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to navigate matrix organizations and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, complex environments.
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in client analytics and market intelligence, preferably within both international agency and in-house environments.
