Richemont Campus Physical Security Manager

- Coordinate campus-level security activities and maintain security management systems in alignment with the Group Security framework.
- Lead and manage the security third-party provider to ensure high-level security services at the VSG campus.
- Develop and implement consistent security and risk assessment approaches for campus operations.
- Conduct risk assessments and establish risk mitigation systems and controls.
- Ensure compliance with Richemont Physical Security standards and local regulations.
- Provide timely feedback on security incidents and develop incident and emergency response plans.
- Lead contract management for security third-party providers and assess their quality and risk evaluation.
- Develop and maintain contacts with local law enforcement to ensure a secure environment.
- Manage security-related projects, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with other campus security leads to align and share best practices.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in physical security management.
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Internet.
- Fluency in French; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends and insights.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Diplomatic and precise in execution.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in physical security, preferably within large, multi-dimensional environments.
University degree in a relevant field.
