Richemont Business Development MBA Intern

- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to prepare insightful PowerPoint presentations and reports on market trends, consumer behavior, and macroeconomic factors.
- Analyze monthly sales data and forecast the impact of economic variables on future sales performance.
- Collaborate with regional and Group stakeholders to ensure alignment on content and format of strategic documents.
- Participate in the development and implementation of business transformation initiatives to enhance operational processes and organizational structure.
- Develop strategic reports and presentations to support business growth recommendations.
- Conduct competitive research to identify trends and competitor activities in the Americas.
- Support the implementation of business development plans to achieve and exceed sales and marketing targets.
- Lead and manage key regional projects, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and addressing critical issues efficiently.
- Prepare regular communications on project progress, status, and challenges for key stakeholders and management.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for assigned initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, or finance from a leading university.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited MBA or Masters Program.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong quantitative skills with expertise in economics, accounting, and statistics.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Robust organizational capabilities.
- Strategic and collaborative working style across departments and management levels.
- Cross-cultural communication proficiency.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Project management experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in the luxury industry is advantageous.
5-7 years of experience in a relevant field, with a focus on business development, strategy, or related areas.
Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, or finance; currently enrolled in an MBA or Masters Program.
This is a paid internship with a salary range of $25-30 per hour.
