Richemont Business Controller

- Lead and coordinate the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly estimates with local and HQ teams.
- Conduct ad hoc work on three-year planning scenarios.
- Actively participate in budget meetings and upload budget figures into management systems such as SAP and Anaplan.
- Prepare monthly financial planning and analysis reports, including variance analysis, with a focus on cost savings.
- Assist brands with ad hoc reports and analysis, and prepare investment requests.
- Support marketing, retail, and wholesale teams in spending, tracking, and landing.
- Run weekly and monthly sales reports, focusing on key figures by distribution channel, product category, and brand.
- Create and maintain CO objects and customize tables in SAP PR1.
- Maintain the Vendor Invoice Management matrix.
- Review and prepare accounting adjustments during month-end reviews, including accruals and lease/rent reviews.
- Input management and boutique reporting on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Professional accounting qualification or university degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze operational aspects of finance and business.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office products, particularly Excel, and proficiency in SAP, Anaplan, and Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English.
- High degree of autonomy and motivation.
- Ability to meet demanding deadlines.
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and a taste for challenges.
Experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on operational controlling and financial analysis.
Professional accounting qualification or university degree in Business Administration or similar.
