1. Act as the local Finance business partner to comment on, challenge, and explain financial performance, providing support to facilitate appropriate decision-making.
2. Lead the budget process in collaboration with local commercial teams and Headquarters, and follow up on deviations from the plan.
3. Participate in monthly closings and serve as the finance referent.
4. Manage one team member within the controlling team.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in an analytics-related field such as management, marketing, or economics.
2. Three to five years of work experience in finance, specifically in audit or controlling.

1. High mental agility and strong analytical skills.
2. Proficiency in finance and accounting.
3. Fluency in English and good knowledge of French.
4. Expertise in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
