1. Provide expert SAP support to e-commerce and logistics operations, prioritizing tasks and resolving issues in collaboration with support teams.
2. Enhance user adoption through training, documentation, and efficient support, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of business and technical processes.
3. Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders, external partners, and cross-functional teams to address issues and drive enhancements.
4. Participate in the rollout of new processes and functions, supporting testing and deployment to ensure seamless adoption of SAP and business applications.

1. Technical experience with SAP OTC/PTP/LE; basic knowledge of SAP E-WM preferred.
2. Functional experience in online distribution and/or logistics is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.

Previous technical experience with SAP modules such as OTC, PTP, and LE is required. Experience in online distribution and logistics is beneficial.
