Richemont Buildings and Office Services Manager

- Oversee all administrative and facility matters across various locations, including offices, logistics, service centers, and boutiques.
- Collaborate with heads of functions and brand managers to recommend improvements and streamline key workflow processes.
- Provide administrative support, including budgeting, reporting, and effective communication.
- Manage facilities and project management with strategic planning to enhance workplace efficiency.
- Implement agile work standards and manage change effectively.
- Coordinate with the Regional Head on the rollout of new policies, guidelines, and digitalization efforts.
- Ensure compliance with technical rules and local regulations, liaising with authorities for building compliance.
- Manage internal and external contractors to ensure satisfactory execution of service level agreements.
- Handle procurement processes, including scope of works and tender assessment.
- Govern workplace and facilities SOPs and streamline processes.
- Lead workplace and employee experience initiatives.
- Support digitalization rollout in collaboration with regional BOS.
- Over 10 years of experience in project, facilities, or office management within a corporate environment.
- Experience in Northeast Asia is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and provide solutions in complex situations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- SAP experience is beneficial but not required.
