1. Oversee and drive the brand's business performance in Hong Kong and Taiwan, ensuring alignment with budgetary and profitability goals.
2. Manage and enhance sales operations and customer service excellence across retail channels.
3. Optimize retail network and distribution strategies in the APAC markets.
4. Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve retail excellence and growth in sales.
5. Develop and implement annual plans in line with brand strategy, including sales objectives and commercial policies.
6. Coordinate local implementation of marketing initiatives and ensure brand representation aligns with global standards.
7. Collaborate with global CRM teams to enhance client engagement and loyalty.
8. Manage financial planning and performance, including P&L accountability and cost control.
9. Ensure compliance with Richemont and Maison policies in all operational activities.

1. University degree or higher.

1. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
2. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
3. Proficiency in strategic planning and operational execution.
4. Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is advantageous.

Extensive experience in retail management within the luxury industry, with a proven track record in driving retail excellence and achieving sales targets. Experience in omnichannel strategy and key account management is preferred.
