1. Provide immediate service and detailed analysis for clients entering the boutique, ensuring seamless processing of repairs and services.
2. Diagnose and evaluate watches, clocks, and accessories, considering history, previous services, warranty, and product condition.
3. Maintain and organize the workshop, ensuring tools and equipment are calibrated, maintained, and accessible.
4. Communicate effectively with boutique personnel, managers, sales associates, and clients regarding service planning and feedback.
5. Participate in Maison-sponsored events, including masterclasses, product launches, and VIP events.
6. Engage in brand training sessions to stay updated on brand objectives, processes, and technical skills.

1. Accredited Watchmaking Diploma or Certification, or equivalent validated abilities.
2. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in watchmaking, preferably in a retail or luxury brand environment.

1. Proficiency in computer skills, with knowledge of SAP preferred.
2. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in watchmaking is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to repair complex calibers and complications. Experience in retail or luxury brands is advantageous.

Accredited Watchmaking Diploma or Certification, or equivalent validated abilities.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
