- Provide immediate service and detailed analysis for clients entering the boutique, ensuring seamless processing of repairs and services.
- Diagnose and evaluate watches, clocks, and accessories, considering history, previous services, warranty, and product condition.
- Maintain and organize the workshop, ensuring tools and equipment are calibrated, maintained, and accessible.
- Communicate effectively with boutique personnel, managers, sales associates, and clients regarding service planning and feedback.
- Participate in Maison-sponsored events, including masterclasses, product launches, and VIP events.
- Engage in brand training sessions to stay updated on brand objectives, processes, and technical skills.
- Accredited Watchmaking Diploma or Certification, or equivalent validated abilities.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in watchmaking, preferably in a retail or luxury brand environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, with knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in watchmaking is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to repair complex calibers and complications. Experience in retail or luxury brands is advantageous.
Accredited Watchmaking Diploma or Certification, or equivalent validated abilities.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
