- Conduct immediate and thorough diagnostics of watches, clocks, and accessories for clients entering the boutique.
- Communicate precise service needs and evaluations to clients and sales associates.
- Ensure timely allocation of products and services to appropriate locations, including boutiques, brand-approved vendors, and inter-network locations.
- Maintain and organize the workshop, ensuring all tools and equipment are calibrated and in optimal condition.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines concerning chemicals, equipment, and tools.
- Participate in routine testing of technical skills and quality control interpretations.
- Engage in effective communication with boutique personnel, managers, sales associates, and clients.
- Provide feedback to the Technical Manager regarding quality issues encountered during repairs.
- Participate in Maison-sponsored events such as masterclasses, product launches, and VIP events.
- Engage in brand training sessions to stay updated on processes, equipment, and brand objectives.
- Accredited Watchmaking Diploma or Certification, or equivalent skills validated by an exam.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in watchmaking, preferably within a retail or luxury brand environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, with knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in watchmaking is preferred, with a proven ability to repair complex complications and calibers. Experience in retail and luxury brands is advantageous.
Accredited Watchmaking Diploma or Certification, or equivalent skills validated by an exam.
Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
