1. Provide technical services for watches and jewelry, including quick services such as chain adjustments, component replacements, polishing, and rhodium plating at designated locations.
2. Support sales teams with client care cases requiring technical expertise and assist with complex bracelet adjustments or changes.
3. Diagnose products to determine required services and decide the appropriate service location, whether it be the main service facility, boutique, or vendor.
4. Perform watch services including battery replacements, functional checks, rate adjustments, water resistance renewal, component replacement, complete servicing, and polishing.
5. Execute jewelry services such as chain adjustments, LOVE bracelet services, polishing, and rhodium services at specific locations.
6. Maintain and calibrate workshop tools and equipment, ensuring bench organization and applying 5S practices.
7. Ensure efficient workflow by respecting task objectives and service coding for warranties and quality.

1. 3-5 years of experience working with luxury watches or products.

1. Experience in watchmaking technical operations.
2. Encasing Certification (WOSTEP) or ability to pass a Technician Exam.
3. Client-focused with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in computer skills, including SAP and Zoom/TEAMs navigation.
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

3-5 years of experience in luxury watch or product servicing is required.

Expected salary range is $65,000-$95,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
